Carve processes mature dry coconut husk into coir pith for substrates and coir fiber. The operation in Brazil is entirely mechanical: shredding and rotary screening, no chemicals, no additives. Washing and buffering are offered as separate grades, using freshwater from an artesian well.
Every lot is bench-tested before dispatch: EC, pH, moisture, bulk density and particle size. The results are available through a QR code on the bag itself.
We supply nurseries, vegetable growers, landscapers, substrate manufacturers and industrial fiber users in Brazil and abroad. Export shipments leave through the Port of Pecém, Ceará.

Northeast Brazil
The plant is in Northeast Brazil, in the country's largest coconut-producing state, with more than 520 million fruits a year (IBGE, PAM 2023). Carve operates in Paraipaba, a municipality that led the national production ranking for several consecutive years.
The raw material comes from dry-coconut farms in the region. Mature coconut, harvested dry and rain-aged inland, never retted in brackish water, with a short haul to the plant.
