Quality control

Every lot produced goes through five bench tests, with the results printed and traceable by QR code. Analysis per lot. Lot analysis report with EC, pH, moisture, bulk density and particle size. QR lot traceability on every package.

HOW IT WORKS

How the guarantee works

Six steps between the husk arriving at the plant and the bag leaving for the customer. No lot skips a step, and no lot outside the contracted standard is shipped.

Intake

Husk arrives at the plant. We check moisture and origin, and record the supplier, date and condition. Husk outside the working moisture range goes to drying before processing.

Processing

Mechanical shredding in the decorticator, then separation on the rotary screen with a ~4.13 mm mesh. Coir pith (fine fraction) and long fiber (retained fraction) are separated and routed to packing. No chemicals, no additives.

Bench testing

Before packing, we measure five lot parameters: electrical conductivity (EC, 1:5 method), pH, moisture (% wet basis), bulk density (kg/m³) and particle size by visual inspection. Each test is filmed and the result is recorded in the lot system.

Release decision

The lot is compared against the customer's acceptance limit. If the result is within the contracted standard, the lot is approved for packing. If it is outside, the lot does not ship.

Packing and labelling

Every bag receives a label with the lot QR code. The code opens the lot analysis report with the actual results, the origin of the husk and the production date.

Dispatch

Every package carries a QR label linked to the lot analysis report. A package without a label is not dispatched.

External laboratory reports: periodically, we send lot material to an external laboratory for a full panel, including tannin, organic matter, water holding capacity and mineral analysis. Results available on request.

Lot analysis report

We do not publish catalogue ranges that do not come from real measurement. Our product is natural and it varies. What we guarantee is that you know exactly what you are receiving, lot by lot.

Consistency between lots

The acceptance limit is fixed in your contract. If the lot does not meet it, it does not ship. Parameters monitored lot by lot. Variation outside the agreed range is held back.

Open data

Documented test. Result in the lot analysis report. QR code linked to the package. Report available to the customer at any time.
