What we collect
- Contact: name, company, e-mail or WhatsApp, product of interest, estimated volume, application and message. Only the name and one contact channel are required.
- WhatsApp and e-mail: the number or address you use and the content of the conversation.
- Technical browsing data: the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify visitors; it records page, country, device type and browser in aggregate.
Why
- To answer quotations, send specifications and lot reports, arrange samples and shipments.
- To issue invoices and contracts when a sale happens.
- To measure, in aggregate, which pages are useful.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (LGPD art. 7, V) and legitimate interest for aggregate statistics (art. 7, IX). We send no marketing without your request.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare (hosting, aggregate analytics, form delivery).
- Brevo (delivery of the form e-mail to [email protected]).
- Meta / WhatsApp and the e-mail provider, when you choose those channels.
- Carriers, freight forwarders and our accounting office, only the data needed for shipping and invoicing.
We do not sell or hand personal data to third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
- Commercial contacts: while a commercial relationship or shown interest exists, and at most 5 years after the last contact.
- Fiscal and contractual documents: for the legal periods.
- Browsing statistics: aggregate only, no individual record.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 15 days. The supervisory authority is the ANPD (gov.br/anpd). EU/UK visitors may exercise equivalent GDPR rights through the same address.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own, so it shows no cookie banner. If that changes, this page is updated first.
