What is a grow bag?

Plastic-wrapped slab of coir substrate for hydroponic production, with pre-cut drainage holes or slits. Commonly used for tomato, pepper, cucumber and strawberry crops. Standard dimensions: 100 × 15 × 7 cm or 100 × 20 × 7.5 cm. Grow bags use washed or buffered coir with controlled EC and granulometry for consistent root-zone conditions across long growing cycles.
