What is RHP certification?

Dutch horticultural quality standard administered by the RHP Foundation (Stichting RHP). Covers physical, chemical and biological quality of substrates and raw materials including coir. RHP-certified suppliers undergo unannounced factory inspections every 2–3 months. RHP certification is a market requirement for coir entering the Netherlands and much of Northern Europe.
